Swain at FNL

2016 wide receiver Freddie Swain will camp at Florida's Friday Night Lights. He spoke to Jason Higdon of Scout earlier this afternoon in Gainesville.

Freddie Swain is a talented wide receiver prospect in the next class of 2016 from Citra (Fla.) North Marion high school. Today, he’s in Gainesville visiting the University of Florida for Friday Night Lights.

”It’s always good to get back on campus,” Swain said. “It’s always good. I am ready to complete, get some work in and do what I do.

”Florida is a good school. I love the way he [Will Muschamp] runs things. There is something about Florida. There has always been something about Florida since I was little.”

Swain, 6-foot-1, 180-pounds, is hoping to land a Florida offer. The Trojans are close to offering him as well. Meanwhile, Louisville offered him yesterday. Schools like Arkansas, Cincinnati, Miami, and USF have already offered Swain as well.

”There are things I want to work on,” Swain said. “I know I can catch it. You put the ball in my vicinity and I will get it. But I know I have to get faster, especially coming out of my breaks.”

Swain is a three-star wide receiver prospect.
