Washington (D.C.) Friendship Collegiate 2015 four-star offensive lineman Quarvez Boulware holds well over double-digit offers so he set out on a number of college visits this summer in order to help him narrow down his list. Boulware’s tour did in fact help him cut down his extensive offer list, and he tweeted out his top five schools.
Boulware’s tweet read:
“Official top 5 in no order
The 6-foot-2 1/2 , 284-pound Boulware is originally from North Carolina and he still has family in the area, making the Tar Heels and the Demon Deacons attractive options, however, he has plenty of ties to the other programs on his list as well. Boulware has a former teammate playing at Florida, freshman cornerback Jalen Tabor, and plenty of former teammates playing for the University of Maryland, including running back Albert Reid, offensive lineman Derwin Gray, Yannick Ngakoue, Cavon Walker and Jermaine Carter. Boulware has been high on Alabama for a while, and even more so now that his former head coach, Aazaar Abdul-Rahim, is now a special assistant there. However, the Crimson Tide are the only school in lineman’s top five that hasn’t not offered yet.
Make sure to keep it locked on Scout.com for more on Boulware's recruitment.
