Garden City (KS) CC standout Brandon Snell has de-committed from Utah. He released a public statement on his recruiting situation, recently.
"I have been doing a lot of thinking and I have decided to de-commit from the University of Utah and open my recruitment back up," Snell said in a tweet.
The three-star wideout is one of the best receivers in the nation at the junior college level. He has a great blend of size and elusiveness. He's 6-foot-1 and 205 pounds.
With that build, and his ability to make plays in space and elude defenders, he's a real candidate to play on Sundays in the future if he continues on his current trajectory.
Snell was recently offered by Washington. He had good things to say about the Huskies upon receiving the news.
"Washington is in the mix and they're close to catching up to Utah," he admitted. "Those are the two schools that have offered that I'm focused on. I want to know a little more about them. I need to have a better relationship with my position coach there."
Florida State, Arizona State, Arkansas, and Auburn are also showing considerable interest in the junior college playmaker.
