2016 TE Upshur Already A Prime Target

WILLIAMSTOWN, N.J. -- Class of 2016 tight end Naseir Upshur already has an impressive offer list and following a weekend scrimmage, the Philadelphia Imhotep standout spoke about it with Scout.

Naseir Upshur already made his share of visits to go with an impressive offer list.

The class of 2016 tight end from Philadelphia Imhotep is already an accomplished blocker and he also has strong hands and is physical after the catch.

The 6-foot-2, 235-pounder added 20 pounds during the offseason and is ready for his junior season. When it comes to recruiting, Upshur's offer list includes Arizona, Arizona State, Florida, Maryland, Michigan, Michigan State, North Carolina, Ohio State, Penn State, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia Tech, West Virginia and Wisconsin.

In the last few months, he visited Arizona State, Penn State, South Carolina, Michigan and Michigan State, and he spoke about possible visits during the upcoming season.
