Canes land 4 star OL prospect

The University of Miami landed another big commitment on Wednesday night when a four star offensive line prospect announced in their favor. Read on for the details.

Bar Milo is a Hurricane.

"It's official," Milo said Wednesday night. "I'm a Hurricane."

At 6-foot-6 and 285 pounds, the Chaminade College Prep (West Hills, CA) standout picked the Hurricanes over Arizona State, Washington, and Nebraska.

Milo, a friend and former teammate of Hurricane starting quarterback Brad Kaaya, took an unofficial visit to Miami a couple weeks ago and that seemed to seal the deal for the Canes.

"He looks great right now," Chaminade coach Ed Croson told Scout's Greg Biggins this week. "We just scrimmaged Narbonne last weekend and he was dominant and they have some really big kids. He's a great player, an ideal tackle prospect and is good enough to play for anyone."

Biggins, Scout's West Coast Recruiting Analyst, speaks highly of Milo as a prospect.

"Milo has a great frame, is technically sound and very well coached. At 6-6 Milo can play high at times and needs to make sure his pad level stays low but he’s still able to dominate because of his feet and strength. He plays through the whistle and is a physical player with the right amount of nastiness. He’s strong in run blocking and already advanced as a pass protector."

Milo becomes Miami's 7th offensive line commitment in the 2015 class.
