UGA makes an impression

Tarvarus McFadden doesn’t have a whole lot to say about his recruitment, but he did make it clear he had a great time visiting Georgia.

Tarvarus McFadden visited Georgia last weekend for the Bulldogs’ season opener. The Plantation (Fla.) American Heritage standout corner stayed with his former teammate, Georgia freshman Sony Michel. McFadden enjoyed catching up with his friend and hearing his thoughts on the school.

“He likes it,” McFadden said.

The four-star corner didn’t go into much depth about his experience in Athens, but he did say Georgia will be a school he highly considers down the road.

“Top three,” he said.

The South Florida standout liked the UGA campus and the gameday atmosphere. He also sees some opportunity for himself in the Bulldogs’ secondary.

“I can potentially come in and play early,” he said.

“I enjoyed it a lot. It was real nice, great experience.”

As far as the rest of that top three goes, that’s still up in the air. Florida State, LSU, and Auburn are some others that have been in the picture throughout his recruitment. Other official visits are still up in the air at this time.

“I’m not sure yet, I haven’t planned anything,” he said.

He’s also not sure when he’ll narrow things down or make a decision.
