Kenny Robinson, the East's No. 8 receiver and also a linebacker prospect, will announce his decision Friday prior to his night game.
"I'm looking for a school who is going to make sure I get through school, and make me a better person and help me become a man," the 6-foot-3, 204-pound Robinson said. "I think it's the right time because it feels right as of now."
Iowa State is recruiting Robinson as a safety, West Virginia likes him as an athlete, and Pittsburgh, Virginia Tech and Toledo like him as a linebacker.
Robinson was tentatively set to make a visit to Iowa State in September, but he could not get there. He said prior to his senior season Iowa State and West Virginia were standing out, but pulled back on that last month and said each of his finalists were under consideration.
He did not make any visits during the season.
