Nathan Proctor, the No. 10 outside linebacker in the 2017 class, will have a busy January leading up to his signing day decision.
The Indian River (Md.) Lackey standout has a December official visit set and he will be on official visits during the final two weekends of January, all leading up to a Feb. 1 announcement.
Proctor's first official visit is scheduled for Virginia Tech on Dec 9. He will officially visit Penn State on Jan. 20 and his last trip will be to Ole Miss on Jan. 27, according to one of his trainers and mentors, Corey Wimberly, who is co-owner of Fast Track Recruits.
"He is still working on the remaining two schools," Wimberly said.
In an interview earlier this month, Proctor spoke to Scout about what he wanted in a school.
"I need a family-like basis, a (good) coaching staff and academic staff," he said. "I want a place that is going to back their athlete and see him as family member and not just another athlete."
