2017 3-Star WR Danny Davis Ready For Official Visits

Wide receiver Danny Davis is one of the top 2017 prospects in the Midwest, and the three-star recruit from Ohio is starting to plan his official visits. Who is in the mix for Davis?

In a great year for wide receivers in the Midwest, Springfield (OH) three-star Danny Davis has proven to be one of the heaviest recruited talents. He is currently listed as the number-eight wideout in the Midwest.

Davis has taken a few unofficial visits to date, but is in the process of planning his official visit schedule for the rest of the year.

"I'm going to take all five official visits for sure," Davis stated. "I'm definitely going to take official visits to WisconsinOregon and West Virginia for sure. I know those three right now."

"The other two officials will come from KentuckyPenn StateMichigan State and Louisville," he added. "I was at Wisconsin and Penn State recently for unofficials, and those are both great schools. The atmosphere was awesome at both schools, and they're both high for me."

"I love Penn State, but I've been there three times already, so I might not need to go back again," he continued. "I've only been to Wisconsin once, and I'd like to go back and see more of the campus."

When will the official visits begin for Davis?

"I'm taking my official to Oregon in early December," Davis explained. "I was supposed to go this coming weekend, but we ended up changing it to later. I also plan on taking the West Virginia visit in December."

"I'm in no hurry to make my decision, and I want to take all five visits, so I will probably decide sometime in January," he stressed.
