2018 TE Will Kellison has two offers

Indianapolis Bishop Chatard junior tight end Will Kellison talks about his first offers and the other schools recruiting him.

Will Kellison was a junior All-State selection for Bishop Chatard this season, and at 6-foot-4, 225 pounds, could project to defensive end or tight end at the next level.

Bowling Green and Ball State recently became his first two offers.

"I was very shocked and happy when I heard the news of the offers," he said. "I haven't been up to either place, but both programs have had recent success and are good programs."

Chatard has had a good reputation for developing college-level student athletes, notably Zack and Nick Martin among others.

Kellison has coaches in the halls this year, and the interest is likely to continue to increase through the spring and summer.

"[I'm hearing from] schools like Miami (OH), Indiana, Purdue, Michigan State, mostly MAC and Big Ten schools," Kellison said.

Right now, Kellison says his only offseason plans are on the training side.

"I have no plans for camps or anything, just plan on getting back to 100% and bigger and faster."
