Three-star wide receiver Jornell Manns has been putting up big numbers for Mansfield since his freshman season, and the 2018 recruit is one of Ohio's best.
Manns already holds an impressive offer list, and more offers could be heading his way in the near future.
"My latest offer was from the new staff at Cincinnati, and they told my coach I had the offer," Manns stated. "I believe they are recruiting me as a wide receiver, and I think that's where I'm best. I don't know much about Cincinnati, but I'm very interested in them."
"They started recruiting me as a freshman for defensive back with the old staff," he added. "I want to get down there for a visit soon to check everything out. I know Coach (Luke) Fickell is going to do great there."
With Penn State being at the top of his list for the past year, it's apparent that Manns has a lot of interest in the Nittany Lion program.
"I'm going to go there for the next junior day," he explained. "I have thought about committing to them, but I want to go through the recruiting process and see who else offers. Penn State is still high up there for me."
Another Big Ten team has started to increase contact with Manns, and an offer from Wisconsin could be coming at some point.
"Wisconsin has really started showing me a lot of love recently, and I like their program a lot," he said. "They told me they are close to offering, and we are just starting to get that relationship going."
"The coaches are supposed to be at my school this spring to see me work out," Manns noted. "An offer from Wisconsin would be great, and I want to get to know them. I need to get out and visit other schools because I've only really been to Penn State so far."
