The above video features footage of 2018 four-star cornerback Anthony Cook from Houston Lamar High School at this past weekend's The Opening Houston regional camp at the Kinkaid School.
http://www.scout.com/college/football/recruiting/story/1752752-to-housto... Scout ranks Cook as the No. 1 cornerback in Texas and the No. 43 overall prospect in the 2018 Scout 300. Cook was one of the day's top performers and earned an invitation to The Opening Finals in July in Oregon. Cook was also Scout's top defensive performer in the post-camp analysis. He picked off two passes during the "pressure cooker" portion of the camp that features the top five quarterbacks, while also matching up better with new five-star receiver Brennan Eagles than any other corner.
Cook has offers from all over the country, including Alabama, Clemson, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Ohio State, Oklahoma, TCU, Texas, Texas A&M, and more than 20 other schools. Talking to Scout's Greg Powers, Cook mentioned Ohio State, Clemson, LSU, Alabama, TCU, Texas, and Texas A&M as current standouts.
