2018 Signal-Caller Bryce Carpenter Continues to Expand on Month to Remember on the Recruiting Trail

WINDERMERE, Fla. -- It's certainly been a February to remember for Venice (Fla.) signal-caller, Bryce Carpenter, who's captured nearly a half-dozen scholarship offers since National Signing Day.

Evaluation Notes:

Carpenter is a gritty, tough game manager that has no problem putting his body out on the line in hopes of generating some momentum for his team. He's not a blazer with the pigskin in his hands, but does a nice job of evading pressure with impressive footwork and sudden quickness.

Despite the productivity with his legs, Carpenter does a nice job of keeping his eyes locked downfield with a pass-first mentality. He shows patience and awareness by going through his progressions, and then does a good job of transferring his weight and stepping into his throws.
