Evaluation Notes:

  • Height: 6'5
  • Weight: 260

Kimble played on an accomplished and D1 heavy offensive line his junior season and he stood out. Right now he is a lean offensive tackle that will need to some add weight and mass once he arrives on the next level. He has pretty good feet and shows good balance an quickness in pass protection. He has pretty quick hands. As a run blocker, he can stay on his blocks, drive his man back, and he has shown he likes to finish off blocks. It is good to see some tape of him getting to the second level. His best days are still in front of him and the final product should be the result of his dedication plus his college assisted development. The right combination could grow a pretty special player.

As a junior in 2016, Kimble helped pave the way to a 10-2 record. He earned 5-6A First Team All-District honors.

Recruiting Notes:

Kimble -- a Scout three-star prospect -- made his verbal commitment to Baylor on Saturday.
