First SEC Offer From Missouri Excites Three-star Running Back Jawhar Jordan, Talks Plans to Visit Iowa State and Oklahoma State

MISSION VIEJO, Calif. -- caught up with Chandler (Ariz.) Hamilton three-star speedster Jawhar Jordan at the Under Armour All-American Camp to discuss the latest offer from Missouri and spring visit plans...

Jawhar Jordan has seen his recruiting stock rise in recent weeks and it culminated in his first SEC offer last week when Missouri joined the chase.

The three-star running back from Chandler (Ariz.) Hamilton has quickness, burst and catches the ball out in front, allowing him to immediately make moves up field. He's a nuisance for defenders in open space and, though he might be smaller than many opponents, plays at a different space that allows him to wiggle through traffic.

Jordan intends to get to know the Mizzou coaches more and start building a relationship now that he holds an offer, with a visit very likely in the future. He has also been talking with Oklahoma State for a while and been hearing from Iowa State, so trips to those two campus are also on the to-do list.

Hear what Jordan had to say about his recruitment in the video above, including hearing from USC and plans to check out Washington.
