Since breaking into the starting lineup as a freshman, Dayton (OH) Dunbar's Antwuan Johnson has been impressing as a seek-and-destroy middle linebacker and his physical play caught the eye of college recruiters.
Johnson, who currently holds a double digit offer list, knows what he's looking for as a recruit and he is planning on being an early enrollee at the college he chooses.
"I've been talking to them a lot, and I'm planning on visiting Cincinnati next week," he added. "I will be back at Louisville on March 4, and I also plan on getting back to Kentucky soon."
"I think I'm going to start narrowing things down, because I'm going to be graduating from high school in December," he continued. "There still might be more offers coming, and I really want to give all schools a chance but time is getting short."
He participated in Monday's Best of the Midwest combine in Indianapolis.
"With me, everything is about business and I'm still trying to get my name out there," Johnson explained. "I'm not really a combine type of player, because I like to hit people. For me, it's all about the competition."
