Four-star Tight End Camren McDonald Planning Visits to Texas A&M and Washington, Talks Interest in Locals UCLA and USC

DOWNEY, Calif. -- caught up with four-star prospect Camren McDonald, the top-rated tight end in California for the 2018 class, at the adidas 7v7 West Coast Regional to break down the latest in his recruitment...

Camren McDonald has been a known commodity to college recruiters for a couple years now but it's finally his turn to receive their full attention.

The four-star tight end from Long Beach (Calif.) Poly told last weekend that he plans to visit Texas A&M and Washington this summer, and also could be taking a closer look at SEC programs such as FloridaTennessee and Vanderbilt.

Yet USC, which has a strong pipeline at Poly, and UCLA, which was the first school to offer, are high on McDonald's list and figure to put up a good fight to keep him closer to home.

Hear what McDonald had to say about his recruitment at the adidas 7v7 West Coast Regional in the video above.
