Florida-Based 2019 Offensive Guard, Deyavie Hammond, Tags LSU as the Early Leader in His Recruitment

DAVENPORT, Fla. -- Florida and LSU are a few of the scholarship offers on the table for 2019 offensive guard, Deyavie Hammond.

Lakeland (Fla.) High has manufactured and produced well over a dozen blue-chip prospects over the years, and the class of 2019 won't be any different with Deyavie Hammond and Keon Zipperer already possessing multiple offers at the Power Five level.

Hammond, an offensive guard that tips the scales at roughly 6-foot-3.5, 318 pounds, is just getting his feet wet in regards to everything that comes along with the recruiting process, but is certainly off to a good start with offers on the table from FloridaLSU and North Carolina among others.

The Polk County native recently attended the Opening Orlando Regional, and talks about his pair of SEC offers from the Tigers and Gators, the school atop his list early on, and more in the video at the top of the page.

As always, stay tuned to Scout.
