Four-star WR Kyle Philips Has Utah, Cal, Colorado State and Washington State Pushing the Hardest

DOWNEY, Calif. -- caught up with four-star wide receiver Kyle Philips at the adidas 7v7 West Coast Regional to break down the latest in his recruitment...

Kyle Philips is a quick and shifty slot-receiver with good hands and terrific route-running ability, and he's got several scholarship offers to show for it.

The four-star prospect from San Marcos, Calif., is on a visit to Utah this week and knows a lot about the program thanks to his friendships with Terrell Burgess and Jack Tuttle, who is committed to the Utes in the 2018 class. Colorado State, California and Washington State, where he has family ties to, have also been standing out heading into the spring.

Hear what Philips had to say about his recruitment at the adidas 7v7 West Coast Regional in the video above.
