ATH Tyrone Tracy calls Louisville "one of my favorite schools"

Indianapolis (Ind.) Decatur Central athlete Tyrone Tracy talks recent Louisville offer.

Tyrone Tracy is a versatile athlete who can project as a running back or slot in college. Already holding several major offers including IowaNorthwestern and Illinois, he added an offer from Louisville last week and the Cardinals now become a major player in his recruitment.

"I was shocked because it was a top three school at one point and they're a great school," he said. "It was one I wanted. They're one of my most favorite schools."

The Cardinals signed offensive tackle Lukayus McNeil out of Decatur Central a few years back and now will look to add Tracy in this class.

"I have [been there]," Tracy said, "and I didn't get to see much but I'm trying to get down there as soon as possible to see facilities and talk to the coaches."

Tracy says he has no visits planned right now, and he is not rushing a decision.

"I'm just living in the moment right now. See what schools really want me to play for their team and which teams just want me on the team."
