Marcus Caldwell's recruitment continues to gain momentum.
According to Caldwell, Tennessee is one of the schools recruiting him hardest.
"I like the tradition and legacy at Tennessee," said the 6-foot, 180-pound Caldwell. "Coach (Butch) Jones always stays in touch with me, too, and tells me about Tennessee. He talks to me about upcoming events and just how the program is doing.
"I'll definitely go visit this spring or summer. I'm looking forward to seeing how they run things. I also want to see if I feel at home at Tennessee."
Another school showing a lot of interest is Virginia Tech.
"They really show lots of love and I stay in contact with the coaches a lot," Caldwell said. "I talk to (defensive line) coach (Charley) Wiles and (assistant) coach (Matt) Transue. They're really caring and make me feel like family."
Besides Tennessee, he hopes to visit Kentucky in the near future.
"I'm either going to visit in the spring or summer," Caldwell said. "I want to see how they do things and just get an overall feel for Kentucky.
"I've been talking to (assistant) coach (Dillon) Sanders and he's been telling me they really want me to visit, so I'm definitely looking forward to the trip and excited to get to know the coaching staff better."
Caldwell hopes to make his commitment after his senior season.
