Offers Pouring In For Three-Star DE Parks Gissinger

West Hills (Calif.) Chaminade defensive lineman Parks Gissinger has become one of the hottest recruits in the state heading in to the spring evaluation period.

Parks Gissinger is an intriguing looking two-way player who could end up at defensive end or tight end at the next level. He has the frame and athleticism to play on either side of the ball but we like him best coming off the edge.

We had a chance to see Gissinger at the recent Under Armour All-America Camp and he had a very solid workout. He has a solid frame with room to grow, plays with a non-stop motor and shows the ability to get off the ball and can run down plays from behind.

Scholarship offers have come in for Gissinger from Michigan StateSan Diego StateSyracuse, Vanderbilt and Yale. The Orangemen are one to watch closely here as Gissinger's father attended Syracuse and he has already visited the school previously.

Several other programs including ColoradoMiami and USC are showing interest and he'll likely blow past the double digit offer mark later this spring.

To hear more from Gissinger including his summer visit/camp plans and timeframe for a decision, check out the video above:

Editors Note: Since this interview, Gissinger picked up offers from Colorado State,  Kentucky  and  Nevada
