Marcus Mariota became a Hawaiian success story at OregonTua Tagovailoa enrolled early at national power Alabama two months ago, and now Sol-Jay Maiava could be next in line.

The class of 2020 quarterback from Kahuku, Hawaii, already holds three scholarship offers from Fresno StateMichigan and Utah, and many more appear to be on the horizon. Maiava visited USC recently and has also garnered interest from the likes of Oregon and Washington lately. The rising sophomore intends to take a trip out East to visit GeorgiaFlorida State and Miami (Fl) later this year.

The 6-foot-1, 170-pound gunslinger showed off his strong arm at the Pylon 7on7 national championships last weekend, hitting his receivers in stride, keeping his feet moving in the pocket and putting good touch on longer throws. The ball jumps out of his hand when he's able to set his feet and, despite his relative inexperience, Maiava appeared to time his passes perfectly and was able to recognize coverages fairly well.

Hear what Maiava had to say about his early offers and the rest of his recruitment in the video above.
