Three-Star WR JJ Tucker Talks Utah Offer, Summer Plans

Harbor City (Calif.) Narbonne wide out JJ Tucker missed part of his junior season with an injury but is poised for a huge senior year.

J.J. Tucker only played in five games for the Gauchos last season after fracturing his shoulder.

In limited action, Tucker showed tremendous upside and looked very good last weekend at the Pylon 7v7 tournament in Las Vegas as well. He's a big, athletic receiver, pushing 6-3, runs well, is a natural pass catcher and can make plays down the field.

Tucker is a player we expect to blow up when colleges come by Narbonne in the Spring and evaluate him in person. A couple of years ago, Narbonne athlete DeVaughn Cooper saw his offer list hit double digits when schools visited Gardena (Calif.) Serra H.S for several four-way 7v7 events and we epect the same thing to happen with Tucker.

The Utah Utes have stepped up and offered Tucker and Boise State and Washington State are showing interest as well.
