Three-Star LB Camron Pitcher Talks Cornell Offer, Cal, Stanford and Ivy League Interest

Corona (Calif.) Centennial linebacker Camron Pitcher is a talented prospect who just makes plays.

You won't find too many linebackers out West more active than Camron Pitcher.

Pitcher is a fast, active 'backer who does a little of everything for the Huskies. He can play the run, drop in coverage and rush off the edge. At about 6-0, 215 pounds, he's very athletic, runs well and always plays with a non-stop motor.

He's a natural leader on the field, carries a 4.2 GPA off of it and is the kind of kid you want in your locker room. He brings some nice positional versatility to the table and is one of those players that always seems to be around the ball.

On the recruiting front, Pitcher landed his first offer recently from Cornell and is hearing from Cal, Penn, Stanford and UC Davis. With Ivy League grades and BCS ability, we think Pitcher is one of those players whose stock should rise over the Spring when colleges are able to come out and see him run around.
