Jayion McCluster Has an Intriguing Physical Makeup for a Running Back That Has yet to Wrap up Year One of High School

DAVENPORT, Fla. -- Scout dishes out video clips of big-time 2020 running back, Jayion McCluster, from the Opening Orlando Regional.

Scout's Evaluation Notes From the Opening:

Long and lean, the rising-junior running back prospect can make plays as a runner or as a pass-catcher out of the backfield. McCluster gets up the field in a hurry when he sticks his foot in the ground and he can redirect well after that point, too.

In the cat-and-mouse drill, he set up defenders more times than not and held his own in passing drills all afternoon long. McCluster is the cousin of NFL running back, Dexter McCluster.

Recruiting Notes:

MichiganBoston College and Iowa State have offered the freshman ball carrier out of Largo (Fla.) High.
