Rancho Cucamonga (Calif.) 2019 defensive back Jeremiah Criddell (6-1, 185) is up to three offers, with a new Pac-12 offer coming in this week.
"Coach Meat at UCLA (Demetrice Martin) has been recruiting me to UCLA and I definitely have a lot of interest in them," said Criddell. "An offer from UCLA is nice because all your family can come and see you ball out."
Criddell said he'd like to get out to UCLA this spring to check them out. His Ground Zero teammate and fellow defensive back, Jhevon Hill, committed to the Bruins this week.
A number of other Pac-12 programs have been expressing interest in him too.
Aside from visiting the two local schools, Criddell said he plans to get up to Oregon this spring for a visit and wants to get out to Utah.
"I am going to try to make it out to Utah and I want to get up to Oregon and talk with Coach (Keith) Heyward," said Criddell.
Criddell said he can play any spot in the secondary, something he thinks is important for a defensive back.
"As a DB, you should be able to play anywhere they put you," said Criddell. "I can play nickel, safety or corner. I could grow into a safety but still have those corners skills."
