QB Chase Wolf Looking Ahead To Visits

Cincinnati St. Xavier quarterback Chase Wolf has already collected over ten offers, and is looked at as one of the top 2018 prospects in the Midwest. He has several important unofficial visits upcoming.

One of the top 2018 quarterback prospects in the state of Ohio is Cincinnati St. Xavier's Chase Wolf, and even though he was the backup to Penn State signee Sean Cliffford last season, college coaches are aware of his talents.

Wolf currently holds a double digit offer list, and more could be headed his way this spring as he has several key unofficial visits planned.

"I would say schools like Boston CollegeWisconsin, Pittsburgh and Maryland are sticking out of the schools that have offered," Wolf stated. "I'm visiting South CarolinaNorth Carolina and North Carolina State at the end of the month, and I'm hoping they offer."

"I'm also visiting Pittsburgh next weekend, Boston College the week after that, before going to see the three schools down South," he added. "I'm also going to visit Wisconsin in the middle of April, so I will get a good feel for all of these schools."

"I definitely want to commit before my senior season, because I don't want any distractions during my last year," he admitted.

Wolf took the time to go further in depth about what he likes about all of these schools, and their respective coaching staffs.

"I like the coaches at Boston College, and I'm really looking forward to my visit there," Wolf noted. "I'm thinking about visiting Maryland, and think that's another great offer. Pittsburgh is another school I'm highly interested in as well."

"With Wisconsin, they were one of my first offers and I'm excited to get up there and see everything," he said. "South Carolina is a school that I've been in contact with weekly. North Carolina had an Ohio quarterback in Mitch Trubisky, and I like their system. North Carolina State is a place my dad attended for a year, so I'm looking forward to seeing the school."

Scout will continue to track Wolf throughout the spring, and will update his upcoming visits after they are concluded.
