Oceanside (Calif.) offensive lineman Donovan Laie (6-4, 290), has a half dozen offers as the spring evaluation period approaches.
And a number of schools are keeping an eye on him.
Laie took an unofficial visit to USC earlier this month.
"I liked it a lot at USC," said Laie. "The coaches said they will come down and watch me in the spring."
Laie plans to visit a couple of other schools this spring.
"I'm setting up a visit to Fresno State for the spring and I know I want to check out Washington, Oregon State and Colorado State," said Laie.
And it wont be for a while until Laie makes a decision.
"I know I want to take my time and take all of my visits," said Laie.
Laie can play anywhere on the offensive line but said schools like him at tackle.
"All of my offers are for tackle and that's what I want to play in college," said Laie.
