Ohio State became the latest school to throw their name in the ring for the West's No. 1 cornerback.

And the Buckeyes joined a short list of schools standing out to the four-star.

"AlabamaUSCWashingtonNotre DameMichiganOregon and Nebraska are also standing out to me. California too," said Taylor-Stuart.

Taylor-Stuart visited Cal a few weeks ago and enjoyed his time there.

"Cal is a great school and I've been staying in touch with Coach (Gerald) Alexander," said Taylor-Stuart.

Taylor-Stuart has also visited USC, Fresno State and Stanford and he's hopeful the Cardinal offer.

"Stanford hasn't offered yet but I hope they do and possibly Florida," said Taylor-Stuart."

Taylor-Stuart said one school in particular has been recruiting him the hardest.

"I'd say that Michigan has definitely been recruiting me the hardest," said Taylor-Stuart.  "Coach (Don) Brown, Coach (Jay) Harbaugh especially.  They want me to get out there soon."

Taylor-Stuart has a plan for when he wants to trim things down and make his decision.

"In the beginning of summer, I'm going to get down to a top five and those will be the schools I'll official visit.  Before that, I'm going to get more unofficial visits down.  I'm giving every school an equal opportunity," said Taylor-Stuart.  "Then I'm going to commit in December or January, after I take my visits."

Taylor-Stuart is one of the fastest prospects, regardless of position, in the West.

At the Los Angeles Opening Regional, Taylor-Stuart was in the Fastest Man final and was clocked with the fastest time of the day, a 4.43 in the forty.
