At the talent laden Premium 7v7 tournament over the weekend, we didn't see anyone make more plays than two-way standout David Eure.
As a junior, Eure mostly saw time in the secondary but he's an explosive player with the ball in his hands. Eure has a nice burst to his game, tremendous wiggle in the open field, is very fluid as an athlete, catches the ball effortlessly and then shows the ability to make the big play after the catch.
On the recruiting front, Eure said he's hearing from Boston College, Oregon State and several Ivy League Programs. He'll likely visit both schools over the summer along with the California Golden Bears, who he called a childhood dream school.
When Spring recruiting rolls around and the college coaches can come and watch Eure in action, he's a player we could see really taking off from a recruiting standpoint. He's a no-brainer from an athletic standpoint and has all the tools necessary to play at the high Div I level.
