Over 200 prospects competed in last Saturday's Carolina Xposure Showcase

The second annual Carolina Xposure Showcase was held at Mt. Holly (N.C.) Mountain Island Charter last Saturday and Scout takes a look at the top performers.

Year two of Carolina Xposure Showcase was a huge success last Saturday. Over 200 prospects from seven states competed. The top performers are listed below.

2018 WR Keivon Brooks/Brandywine (Md.) Gwynn Park 

The 6-foot, 170-pound Brooks performed very well in a loaded group of wide receivers. Throughout the day, he ran good routes and showed great hands.

2020 QB Luke Doty/Myrtle Beach (S.C.)

Dotty may have had the best overall day of anyone at the camp. He has a great arm and is a great athlete. Checking in at 6-3 and 180-pounds, Doty clocked a 4.47-second 40-yard dash. He has an early offer from Coastal Carolina and is attracting significant interest from South CarolinaClemsonNorth Carolina and Georgia.

2019 WR Joe Irvin/Rock Hill (S.C.)

Ervin plays running back at his high school, but lined up at receiver on Saturday and performed well. He showed great hands and good speed.

2020 WR Antonio Barber/Rock Hill (S.C.)

Barber had a good day. He attacked the ball well in the air and showed good explosiveness. The 6-foot, 170-pound Barber is still raw, but has a big upside.

2019 C Jabril Williams/Statesville (N.C.)

The 6-3, 270-pound Williams was dominant and took home offensive line MVP honors. He has good feet and played with great leverage.

2018 LB Jatorian Hansford/Forstyh (Ga.) Mary Persons

Hansford's stock is rising, as he recently picked up offers fro Georgia State and UAB. North Carolina and Virginia Tech are also showing interest. The 6-4, 215-pound Hansford showed good athleticism and was very fluid in drills.

2018 CB Jaydon Brunson/Blythewood (S.C.)

The 5-9, 190-pound Brunson is a sleeper and took home defensive back MVP. He showed good speed with a 4.49 40-yard dash. He is attracting interest from Georgia State, Georgia Southern and Miami of Ohio.

2018 CB Jamari Currence/Rock Hill (S.C.) South Pointe

Currence excelled at both defensive back and receiver. He showed great ball skills and great speed (4.46 40-yard dash). The 5-11, 180-pound Currence has an offer from UMass and is also hearing from Iowa State, Georgia State and Appalachian State.
