Tyler DeSue is entering the homestretch of his recruitment.
"I don't have a leader, but I'm going to narrow my list soon," said the 6-foot-1, 192-pound DeSue. "After I visit UCF, which was the last school to offer, then I'll probably cut it to four or five."
Three schools are showing the most interest.
"Maryland, UCF and NC State are recruiting my pretty hard," DeSue said. '"They all have good track for guys and a common goal that everyone is buying into."
His next visit well be to NC State tomorrow.
"On the visit, I want to see where I'm going to live, where I'll eat, where I'll practice and play, and the academic buildings," DeSue said. "I'd also like to speak to the coaches and see the roster."
Following his trip to NC State, he will take his last visit to UCF in April, and then make a decision in the next few months.
"I plan to make my commitment in either May or June," DeSue said. "I have to make sure the school is not only where I want to play, but where I want to live for the next four years to five years."
Last season, DeSue threw for 1,600 yards and 15 touchdowns and rushed for 243 yards and two more scores.
