Scout's Recruiting News and Notes from the UnderArmour Dallas Camp

CEDAR HILL, Texas -- Scout provides recruiting news and notes from the UnderArmour Dallas camp Sunday at Cedar Hill High School just south of Dallas.

Jordan Kelley, 6-foot-4, 280-pound defensive tackle from Tulsa (Okla.) Union, committed to Oklahoma right at the conclusion of the camp. "I'm going to be playing for the University of Oklahoma in college. Come out and watch us play," Kelley said. Kelley picked OU over TCU. -- Greg Powers

Bumper Pool, a 6-foot-2, 225-pound inside linebacker from Lucas (Texas) Lovejoy, is 100 percent set with his commitment to play for the Arkansas Razorbacks. The 2018 Scout 300 prospect reports that he grew up as a fan of the Hogs and feels like he fits in with the attitude of the coaching staff as reasons behind his decision to make his pledge to Bret Bielema. -- Greg Powers

2018 Metairie (La.) Archbishop Rummel wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase is a prospect who is catching a lot of attention and he has offers from a host of top colleges. He was fresh off of a visit to LSU that he took Saturday. He enjoyed his time in Baton Rouge. Chase reports that he would like to have a decision before the start of his senior year. -- Greg Powers

Elite 2019 running back Noah Cain from IMG Academy in Bradenton, Fla., will visit Texas and Oklahoma in the next few days. Cain, a 5-foot-11, 205-pounder who transferred after the 2016 season to IMG from Dallas-area power Denton Guyer, holds offers from across the country. He's already visited programs such as Tennessee and Georgia in recent weeks. -- Gabe Brooks

Four-star quarterback Gerry Bohanon said he plans to soon visit Georgia and Auburn on an upcoming April weekend. Bohanon also said that the vast majority of programs recruiting him -- there are plenty -- want him as a quarterback. In-state Arkansas wants him as an athlete, which makes sense considering the Hogs already have a 2018 QB commitment from Connor Noland. -- Gabe Brooks

Four-star offensive tackle Rafiti Ghirmai recently visited Alabama and UCLA in the past couple of weeks. The 6-foot-5, 285-pounder came away with high marks for both programs. He also said he hopes to visit both again before the start of the season. -- Gabe Brooks
