Fife (Wash.) offensive lineman M.J. Ale has gotten on the road a little this spring, checking out a pair of Pac-12 schools.

Ale visited both Oregon State and UCLA for unofficial visits.

"Oregon State was an awesome day," said Ale.  "Coach (T.J.) Woods' philosophy on life after football was very inspirational."

Earlier this month, Ale visited UCLA.

"UCLA was great," said Ale.  "I got to see the campus and took a little journey into the Bruins' history and what their program is all about."

Ale also has an offer from Oregon and plans to get down there next month.

"I will be visiting Oregon for their Junior Day on April 8th," said Ale.

And those three are sticking out to Ale.

"The offers standing out to me the most at this time are Oregon, UCLA and Oregon State," said Ale.

Ale continues to hear from Washington and is hopeful an offer comes.  Ale plays at the same prep program that Huskies right tackle Kaleb McGary prepped.

"I'm still in contact with Washington," said Ale.

There aren't any plans for an immediate decision.

"I haven't decided yet on a time frame for my decision but I should be ready this senior year to start narrowing down my options," said Ale.

Ale is also uncertain which camps he'll do this spring.

"For the rest of the spring, I haven't made many plans for camps other than training for this upcoming season," said Ale.
