Mallory gave a  thought on each school.

Miami: "The people down there are awesome," Mallory said. "I love coach (Mark) Richt and (tight ends) coach (Todd) Hartley.  The coach's personalities just fit me as a person.

"I also get along well with everyone and they bring a lot to the table. It's a great atmosphere and kind of feels like home."

Michigan: "I grew up around the program. My dad and two uncles played there, so I have a strong connection. I definitely feel comfortable at Michigan because I've been there several times and I have family in the state. It's a special place with great tradition.

"I have a great relationship with (running backs) coach (Jay) Harbaugh and have known him for a long time. I've spoken with (tight ends) coach (Greg) Frey on the phone and I'm looking forward to going up and meeting him soon."

Georgia: "I visited for the first time last week for few days and had a lot of fun. The facilities are top-notch and the coaches are great. I really felt comfortable.

"I spent the most time with (tight ends) coach (Shane) Beamer and that was great. I also had a chance to speak with tight end Isaac Nauta. I've known him for a few years so it was good to catch up. The visit increased my interest in Georgia."

Mallory plans to make his commitment by the end of summer.
