Isaiah Mullens Checks Out 2 Power-5 Schools

One of the more intriguing defensive end prospects in the Midwest is Isaiah Mullens, and the three-star recruit holds doublke-digit offers. He visited both West Virginia and Michigan State recently.

Already possessing the size (6-foot-6, 250-pounds) college coaches are looking for, Harvest Prep (OH) defensive end Isaiah Mullens is a source of untapped potential in the Midwest.

Mullens already holds ten offers, and recently visited both West Virginia and Michigan State looking to add to his total. Although he was not offered by either, he remains in the mix for both programs.

"I was at West Virginia two weeks ago and the visit was very nice, and I really enjoyed it," Mullens stated. "We didn't really talk about an offer or anything, as they just showed me their facilities and talked to me about their school."

"I believe I'm going to be heading for summer camp, but I don't know for sure," he added. "They want me to play defensive end in the system."

Following his trip to Morgantown, Mullens headed to Michigan State to check out the Spartans.

"Being at Michigan State last weekend was great, and I really liked it," he explained. "Coach (Mark) Dantonio was telling me we are getting close to the offer."

"I won't be able to go their camp this summer," Mullens said. "They said I could play either offensive line or defensive line for them, and it doesn't matter to me what side I play on if I would go there."

This weekend, Mullens will travel to Wisconsin to check out the Badgers, and they have already offered the three-star defensive end.
