The first two offers are in for offensive lineman Zeke Correll, and this just might be the beginning for the Cincinnati (OH) Anderson product.
"There is definitely a buzz about Cincinnati under Luke Fickell right now, and I really like what they're doing," Correll stated. "They have a real sense of family at UC. I spoke to Coach Fickell, and he thinks I can be what he needs there."
With both his brother, father and grandfather having played for Kentucky, one would think the Wildcats are sitting in a good spot to land Correll.
"I really like Kentucky, and I've been watching them since I was a kid since most of my family has gone there," he admitted. "The people there are great, and I see them on the rise."
"I would say having had such a history with the school in my family does give them an edge over most schools, but we have to see how this turns out," he added. "I'm also hearing from Northwestern, Toledo and Miami (OH)."
Even with the two offers, Correll is working hard to improve as a player and he is hoping to add more as time goes on.
"I'm the type of player that is a quick learner, and a tenacious player that loves being in the weight room," he explained. "I'm always working on my technique, and I'm a little better pass blocker right now."
