James Ohonba is getting closer to making some major decisions in regards to his recruitment.
The 6-foot-4, 320-pound Ohonba hopes to narrow his down this spring.
"I'm going to try to cut it to maybe three on my birthday (May 18)," Ohonba said. "It's not going to be real hard. I kind of have an idea of the schools who will make it.
He gave a quick thought on each program.
Alabama: "Obviously, they've had a lot of success," Ohonba said. "They're the best of the best. Coach (Nick) Saban also told me there's only one way to do things and that's the Alabama way.
Clemson: "It's a school I've always liked since I was little. They've also had a lot of success recently."
Georgia: 'It's a good school and it's close to home. Last time I was there, I met coach (Kirby) Smart and (offensive) line coach (Sam) Pittman and that meant a lot."
Michigan: "It's a school that has gotten my attention and I want to learn more about them. I know they offer a great education and they're a winning program."
He does not have a timeline for his decision.
