Trey Hill has over 30 scholarship offers

Although schools from across the country are pursuing him, he has not named any leaders.

"I haven't narrowed things down yet," said the 6-foot-4, 330-pound Hill. "I'm just taking my time with the process and it's going to be very hard to cut my list.

"GeorgiaFloridaFlorida StateAuburnClemsonMichigan and LSU are recruiting me hardest. Those schools will definitely make the first cut. When I do cut it down, I'll narrow it to ten and then five."

He will visit LSU in the next few weeks.

"(Offensive line) coach (Jeff) Grimes always stays in touch," Hill said. "He's been telling me he really wants to coach me and that he could teach me a lot. He's also said I could be an explosive guard for them. Him and coach (Ed) Orgeron and have both told me they want me real bad."

"The visit is going to be very big. I haven't been there before, so I'm looking forward to seeing the atmosphere, stadium, and just what all they have to offer."

When will he make his decision?

"I'm an early enrollee, so I can't wait too long before making my commitment," Hill said. "I'm not sure when I will make my decision. But it's going to come down to where I fit best."
