Three-Star WR Mason Starling Talks Hawaii and Oregon State Offers, Utah Interest

Tacoma (Wash.) Franklin Pierce wide out Mason Starling breaks down his two early offers and his upcoming spring/summer visit plans.

The Northwest region has several long, athletic receivers in the '18 class and Mason Starling is another one to watch closely this upcoming Spring evaluation period.

Starling is an intriguing player who we had a chance to check out over the weekend at the IMG 7v7 tournament. He definitely passes the eyeball test with a 6-4, athletic frame and ability to stretch the field.

Starling shows up well on film and has a nice combination of body control, ability to run after the catch and physicality as a blocker to go along with size and speed. He can continue to refine his route running and overall polish but there's definitely a nice upside to him.

On the recruiting front, Starling has early offers from the Hawaii Warriors and Oregon State Beavers and has high interest in the Utah Utes as well. He plans to be active on the camp circuit and will tour several schools with his FSP 7v7 squad.
