It has been an eventful week for wide receiver Taj Mustapha.
His visit to Syracuse was his first time on campus and he said he looked various aspects about the school both football and non-football related.
"First of all, it was all good," he said. "I really liked the sights. I didn't expect it to be as nice as it was. Mainly, I'm about the atmosphere around town. It's really nice. They said that feel like be a good fit at their school."
After that trip, he categorizes Syracuse's position on his list as "up there" but added that he is "still keeping all options open."
Purdue has had success recruiting West Bloomfield and two former Lakers, defensive lineman Eddy Wilson and safety Navon Mosley are thriving in West Lafayette.
"I really like it a lot. I've been up there a couple times. I like the coaches over there."
Mustapha does not currently have a targeted date for a decision.
