WR Daevon Anderson Looking For First Offer

Wide receiver Daevon Anderson is coming off a great junior year in Ohio at Hilliard Bradley, and he is a 2018 prospect of note in the state.

Last year saw Hilliard (OH) Bradley wide receiver Daevon Anderson pick up the slack when three-star wideout Kory Taylor went down with a leg injury in the first game of the season.

Anderson, a 2018 prospect, responded well with 77 catches for 1,070 yards. He also scored 15 touchdowns for his team.

"My junior year went really well and I broke my school record for yards and touchdowns," Anderson stated. "I don't have any offers yet, but I'm starting to hear from schools."

"I'm talking to LouisvilleMichigan StateEastern Michigan and Cincinnati," he added. "They all want to see me in camp this summer. I will be going to the Louisville spring game."

"I think I have great speed, but I need to work on my cuts," he continued. "I run track and I'm a hurdler and I long jump for my school. I made it to the regionals in track."

EVALUATION: Saw Anderson at a workout a week ago and was very impressed. He has the speed and length college coaches are looking for, plus he showed great hands catching the football. He certainly has the look of a Division-I wide receiver, and I'm surprised nobody has pulled the trigger on an offer yet.
