Visit Tour Underway For 3-Star WR Jornell Manns

BEREA, Ohio -- Wide receiver Jornell Manns was at The Opening Regional last Sunday, and performed quite well. He will spend this week taking a college tour of three of his favorite schools.

It's looking likely that three-star wide receiver Jornell Manns could be taking his time making his commitment, although the Mansfield (OH) product has started to narrow things down.

Manns has started a college visit tour that will take him to WisconsinMinnesota and Penn State this week. He was offered by West Virginia recently, and the Mountaineers are definitely in the mix.

"I would say Wisconsin, Minnesota, West Virginia and Penn State are all sticking out to me right now," Manns stated. "All of them see me as a wide receiver except Penn State, and they see me as a defensive back."

"These visits are going to be huge, because I haven't really been anywhere but Penn State so far," he added. "I want to make my decision whenever I know it's right, so I have no timetable right now."

"I'd like to take all five visits in the fall, but you never know how that will go," he continued. "I'm looking for what each school has to offer academically, and go to a place where I can get on the field."

Scout will continue to follow Manns throughout the process, and will report on his visits after they have concluded.
