Tillman, a 6-foot-1, 204-pound sophomore who recently relocated to Orlando (Fla.) Jones, left his mark throughout the 2016 season by accumulating 58 tackles, two forced fumbles, two fumble recoveries, one sack and an interception.
In addition to the Gators, Tillman holds a scholarship offer from Kennesaw State University.
"It's just a blessing to receive an offer from the school I've liked since I was five," Tillman said. "This is the first big offer that I have received during my recruiting process, and I know there are more to come.
"There is a lot I like about the Gators, like the facilities, coaches and atmosphere during the games and practices."
Being a lifelong supporter of the in-state Gators, does Tillman envision his college decision being a difficult one to make?
"Florida will always be in my top five as this process goes on," Tillman said.
Tillman currently straps up the pads at safety, but will likely slide down into the box to play outside linebacker once his collegiate career kicks into gear.
"Schools like my size," Tillman said. "They like that I'm a big safety that can tackle in open space. They also like my speed and athleticism."
Tillman has no visits scheduled at this time.
