Although he is still a freshman, offensive tackle Bryn Tucker is already being pursued by multiple elite college football programs.
Louisville was the latest to offer.
"I visited for a junior day back in February," said the 6-foot-5, 295-pound Tucker. "(Offensive line) coach (Mike) Summers is a great person and it was great spending time with him and the other coaches. I also really enjoyed the basketball game against Notre Dame.
"The new additions to the facilities are also really impressive. I'm planning to go to a game early in the season and looking forward to seeing all the renovations.
"Coach Summers is also the recruiter for my area, so we've been talking a lot and building a great bond. He said that I'm the type of player they're looking for on the offensive line."
Penn State is also showing a lot of interest.
"It would great to get an offer from them," Tucker said. "They're a great program and they won the Big Ten last season. They've produced a lot of great offensive linemen through the years and that's something that also gets my attention.
"(Safeties) coach (Tim) Banks is recruiting me and I call him once a week. I enjoy talking to him and think we're building a great relationship. I'd like to visit soon, but I'm not sure when yet."
