Three-star Chase Wolf is ranked as the number-five quarterback in the Midwest, and the Cincinnati St. Xavier product holds nearly 20 offers at this point.
Wolf has been taking unofficial visits in an attempt to learn more about each of the schools he's interested in, and he recently was in Madison to check out the Wisconsin program.
"The visit went really well, and I loved the campus, the facilities and the coaching staff," Wolf admitted. "The people were great there, and the entire experience really impressed me a lot."
"I got to sit down with the assistant coaches and watch film, and I also got to speak with Coach (Paul) Chryst," he added. "He told me he wants me to be a Badger, and it was all great at Wisconsin."
"They didn't pressure me at all and told me to take my time with the process, so I make the right decision," he continued. "I would say Wisconsin is definitely in my top three or four schools."
Wolf has an idea of when he would like to make his commitment, and it might not be too far down the road.
"I'm also considering Cincinnati because of what Coach (Luke) Fickell is doing there, and I think he's a great man," he said. "With these schools, they are all different styles of offense, but they all fit me. I love the people at every school, and that's what matters to me the most."
