Coming off an impressive sophomore campaign last season, Reynoldsburg linebacker Dezman Cooper is one of the top prospects at his position in the state of Ohio.
Cooper has the size and speed college coaches are looking for, and he is on the radar of several top schools. He does hold one offer at this time, from Miami (OH).
"I visited Michigan State a while ago and I really liked it there," he added. "I had a lot of fun going to practice, and all the coaches talked to me about their program. They were all good guys to talk to. I would love to have that offer, and I will be going back for camp."
"Cincinnati is also a great place, and I had a great visit there also," he continued. "I spoke to (head coach) Luke Fickell, and I can see why there's a lot of excitement around the program. Coach Fickell told me to keep doing what I'm doing and to come back for camp."
Scout will keep track of Cooper over his remaining two seasons of high school football, and will report any new offers or visits.
