Player Profile: Kameron Brown
(Highlights will AutoPlay above)
Brown burst on to the radar as a national name after a break out season in 2016 and leading his team -- which is one of the top offensive teams in the Dallas-area -- in receiving yards as a sophomore. Brown should be described as a technician. He is very fun to watch in person, because he is a tremendous route runner and he is consistently getting open with double and triple moves. He creates enough separation with his normal routes to make a lot of plays as well. Brown can beat you all over the field and can line up anywhere to make plays. He has strong hands and a nice frame. He is only going to continue to get better as he grows and matures physically, but has all of the makings to become one of the best in the nation.
Brown is the son of former Dallas Cowboys and TCU standout Larry Brown, who was named the MVP of Super Bowl XXX.
As a sophomore, Brown led his team with 45 receptions for 748 yards and 12 touchdowns. He earned 8-5A Sophomore Offensive MVP honors for his efforts.
