Three-Star ATH David Eure Talks Columbia, Nevada and SDSU Offers and Summer Visits

Gardena (Calif.) Serra athlete David Eure had another impressive performance at the recent Players of the Future 7v7 event and is easily among the most under-rated and under-recruited players in the state.

Serra athlete David Eure has been one of the most impressive players we've seen this off-season.

He played primarily in the secondary a year ago but has looked great as a slot receiver this spring. He catches everything, knows how to get open and is tremendous after the catch. He has a ton of wiggle in his game can can embarrass a defender in the open field.

He has a solid frame, very good short area quickness and we could actually see him as a big play running back for the Cavs this coming fall. At the college level, he could make an excellent corner but he's so good as a slot receiver and had big play potential, that offense might be where his upside is highest.

On the recruiting front, Eure has offers from San Diego State, Columbia and Nevada and has also heard from Boise State and a little bit from the California Golden Bears. He plans to camp with Cal and Oregon State and will visit Nevada this weekend.
